1. Call or email our main store located on 1045 Madison Avenue and let us know what, how old and the condition before bringing them in.  Please check our Brands list as we are highly selective. We accept items for all seasons, but out of season merchandise will be put into storage until the proper season.
  2. Merchandise must be clean and in excellent condition, however, they do not need to be on hangers because items may be pressed after acceptance.  Shoes have to be new or almost new (no damage to the heel).
  3. Once the minimum requirements have been met, make an appointment.
  4. You may also arrange for a free pick-up in Manhattan (5 boroughs of NYC), parts of Long Island, New Jersey, Westchester, and Connecticut. Note:  Pick up service will depend on the amount and quality of items.  For items located outside of the areas listed, consignees may ship the items to us (shipping charges are paid by you).
