Who We Are

La Boutique Resale is an upscale consignment shop with three locations in Manhattan, located in the affluent Upper East Side. La Boutique carries the widest selection of second-hand high end clothing and accessories in New York City. Each item is hand-picked for the most pristine condition and current styles. In business for over 15 years, it’s a favorite of Celebrities, Models, and Rich and Famous Fashionistas for unloading their castoffs.

We carry fashions from world-renowned designers including Chanel, Hermes, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Prada, Marc Jacobs, Roberto Cavalli, Burberry, Etro, Chloe, Stella McCartney and many more from Italy, France, Japan and the USA at a small fraction of the original prices. What makes us especially unique is our selection of unique and funky designs from Issey Miyake, Yohji Yamamoto, Comme des Garcons, Vivienne Westwood, Dries Van Noten, and others. We also have a wonderful Vintage and Collectibles section where you can find Emilio Pucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Gucci, Geoffrey Beene, Alaia, Halston and etc.

Although most of our inventory is second-hand, some are also brand new. Some designer boutiques send us their over-stocks, so you can actually buy some fabulous designer items that were recently hanging in some fancy expensive boutique which had a much bigger price tag.

All clothing is up-to-date (except Vintage Dept.), clean and in pristine condition and our huge selection of over 5,000 items include suits, separates, pants, coats, skirts, dresses, gowns suiting a variety of tastes and occasions.

We’ve also got lots of shoes such as Manolo Blahnik, Christian Louboutin, Jimmy Choo, Prada, Gucci, and etc.

In 2009, La Boutique was part of history: La Boutique had dressed up many ladies for the Obama’s Inaugural Ball in January 2009.

Also, over the years, we had supplied tons of gowns and other evening wear for many of our clients who went to the Oscars, Grammies, and many other awards shows.

La Boutique has also sold tons of wardrobes to many movie, television and Off-Broadway productions, including the HBO television show Sex and the City.
